Resources for Migraine Management
This new virtual program will teach participants coping strategies and methods to manage migraine and the associated stress and anxiety. Guided by Dan Kauffman, PhD, this program will include bi-weekly online sessions on topics such as relaxation, coping with pain, working with negative emotions, and increasing happiness.
Sessions will be held on the 2nd and 4th Saturday of every month, beginning June 13, at 1:30 pm MST, and ending on Saturday, October 24.
