Resources for Migraine Management 

Please register below for the 5-session program which will be held every Saturday from 1 – 2:30 MT, beginning September 11 through October 9.  This program will teach relaxation techniques, pain management strategies, coping with negative thoughts and emotions, and building resources for greater resilience. It is important that you are able to commit to the dates of each session, as each skill builds upon the previous skills.

 Restorative Yoga

Tuesdays at 7:00 pm & Saturdays at 11:15 am MT
