Resources for Migraine Management: January 2022

This 5-session program will begin in January 2022.  This program teaches relaxation techniques, pain management strategies, coping with negative thoughts and emotions, and building resources for greater resilience. It is important that you are able to commit to the dates of each session, as each skill builds upon the previous skills.

Restorative Yoga
Tuesdays at 7:00 pm & Saturdays at 11:15 am MT
