Give yourself the gifts of time, discovery, stillness and space. These virtual restorative yoga classes will create relaxation in your body and mind.
Through a series of passive stretches and static shapes, we’ll focus on relieving stress and tension, especially in the neck and shoulders.
Very few props will be needed for this class — a yoga mat, if possible, and a rolled up bath towel or comfortable pillow.
Jess Napier has been teaching yoga and meditation for more than a decade. Her classes are accessible, grounding and balanced. She offers both in-person and virtual curated experiences. She believes mind matters most and that there’s no right or wrong way to do the poses, as long as you feel good.
Darcy has been a devotee of yoga since her youth and began teaching the wisdom of breath and movement in 2017. Darcy believes yoga should be accessible to everyone and enjoys teaching students of all ages and sizes, regardless of where they are in their yoga journey.
