Tuesdays at 7pm & Saturdays at 11:30am MT
These 45-minute virtual restorative yoga classes will focus on relieving stress and tension in the head, neck and shoulders by combining gentle stretching, meditative breathing and functional movements to get the spine and body moving.
Very few props will be needed for this class — a yoga mat, if possible, and a rolled up bath towel or comfortable pillow.
Restorative Yoga has become an essential tool in my migraine toolkit. Micah is a miracle worker!
Micah is an excellent instructor and a very caring person. I have a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders, but Restorative Yoga has helped reduce my migraine attacks.
