Free Restorative Yoga Classes with Micah Reiss, CYT
Join our 45 minute restorative yoga class! This class will specifically focus on relieving stress and tension in the head, neck and shoulders. Combining gentle stretching, meditative breathing and functional movements to get the spine and body moving.
Very few props will be needed for this class – a yoga mat, if possible, and a rolled up bath towel or comfortable pillow.
Classes will begin on September 15 and will be held via Zoom on Tuesdays at 7:30 pm.
