Tuesdays at 7pm & Saturdays at 11:15am MT
These 45-minute virtual restorative yoga classes will focus on relieving stress and tension in the head, neck and shoulders by combining gentle stretching, meditative breathing and functional movements to get the spine and body moving.
Very few props will be needed for this class — a yoga mat, if possible, and a rolled up bath towel or comfortable pillow.
Yoga was amazing last night. I have never done a yoga class without having a migraine immediately triggered. Plus, I was even able to do it all even with my balance problem. Wahoo! Micah, you were so engaging and wonderful right through Zoom. Thank you!
