Health Care Professionals
We need you to learn more about migraine.
There is a vast shortage of headache specialists in the United States, with only 564 certified headache specialists to treat the 45 million Americans with migraine. The Danielle Foundation is dedicated to combating this shortage by educating family practitioners, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, pediatricians, and school nurses about migraine disease.
The Danielle Foundation has financially supported health care providers' education through free virtual education tools, including the Migraine Toolbox, a free online CME course offered by the Association of Migraine Disorders, Headache School in partnership with the University of Utah, and HeadEd.
Migraine at School, the foundational initiative of the Danielle Foundation, provides free printed resources, online education, and in-person education events for school nurses and counselors throughout the United States.
