Tools for Lasting Relief is the hallmark of our Migraine Management program, which has over ten sessions and has produced over 1,000 graduates. This virtual program, guided by Dan Kaufmann, PhD, teaches participants relaxation techniques, pain management strategies, and coping skills to better manage migraine and the associated stress and anxiety. In addition to the virtual sessions, participants have free lifetime access to the lectures, written resources, and guided audio recordings.
