This is the 28 Days of Joy Experience.

We live in a world that often feels heavy. It’s normal to experience anxiety, depression and a lack of motivation. This program is designed purposefully to find a little time each day to cultivate joy. We are not overlooking the realities of today; but actively adding tiny activities into each day that hopefully increase the joy barometer.

 

This is meant to be low stress. We’re not suggesting a whole list of to-dos everyday. We don’t have time for that. 😉 We feel the overwhelm many have shared.

 

This 28-day experience asks you to do a different joy activity each day. We’ve put together a list of things to do through the month. Some of these activities might be things you already do; others might be new to you. Our hope is that you discover and keep the ones that really bring you joy.

 

We’ll also ask you to pick 1 thing you can let go of for the month. Most of us have something that we do habitually that would bring us more happiness if we let it go. It’ll be different for each person.


 

How it works and what you get

A digital calendar.
The calendar lists all daily activities and a space for you to write down what you’re giving up for the month.

 

Daily emails.
Don’t worry, we’ll keep them short. They’ll include a reminder of the day’s joyful activity. When you receive the calendar, you’ll see that some of the activities need more explanation — and that’s where the emails will help! Plus, we’ll share other inspiration and fun items.

 

Weekly Zoom Meetup — Wednesdays @ 6pm PT.
Experience a group guided meditation. This is for everyone. Even if you’ve never meditated before. And there will be an opportunity to share during these sessions.

 

Community Connection Via WhatsApp
Participate as much or as little as you like. Download the free mobile app WhatsApp (iPhone / Android / Mac). We’ll use this to communicate with each other throughout the month. Why are we using this app? 1) It keeps us off other social media. 2) It’s an easy way to communicate with a group of people.
